We ship domestically across the UK using a standard tracked shipping service. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.​

Dispatch times

All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days after your order is placed. During busy periods such as holidays or new product launches, dispatch times may be extended.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used candles or items that are no longer in their original condition.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once your order has been poured and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
