We currently only ship within the UK. All orders are hand-packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Standard UK Shipping: We use a reliable tracked service for all UK deliveries. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Returns policy
At Rosefox Candles, we take pride in the quality of our hand-poured, vegan soy candles. However, if there are any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with images of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.

Refund policy
Refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty products only, after photographic evidence has been provided.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of the damage.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been poured or dispatched.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
